• 3 offset rotary presses with heat-set drying, 5 color duplex, with flexo unit for gumming or gluing, and magnetic perforation cylinder

Personalization

• 52 high-speed Kodak print heads, width 4", for monochrome personalization on up to 960mm width
• 16 high-speed Kodak print heads, width 9", for full-color personalization on up to 960mm width
• 1 Jetrion print head, width 2", for personalization on plastic
• 1 Xeikon digital rotary press with a 50cm roll width (toner printing)

Finishing

Vprint's printing capabilities include 15 in-line finishing lines, so that a fully finished product can be made in one go from a pre-printed roll. In this process the product is provided in-line with complex personalization and finishing techniques such as UV coating, die-cutting and labeling. The input width of 96cm makes it possible to bleed-personalize up to 16 pages in small, medium and large volumes (capacity up to 300,000 pieces per day per machine).

Automatic envelope inserters:

• 2 SITMA lines, each with 15 feeders with selective feeding (matching by camera) on 5 stations.
